EDC Roundtable Symposiums

The EDC Roundtable is a symposium focused on providing EDC members, county and city officials, military delegates, and guests a unique networking opportunity with a keynote speaker. In previous years, high profiles speakers have included a representative from the Federal Reserve Bank, the Florida Department of Transportation Director to the Florida Secretary of Commerce. 

The EDC's morning roundtable event provides a buffet breakfast and approximately 200 community leaders attend these informative morning symposiums.

New Leadership for a New Age: Higher Education

Panelists included: Dr. Martha Saunders, President of the University of West Florida, and Dr. Devin Stephenson, President of Northwest Florida State College.

Small Business + AFRL TH!NK Event: If you are an entrepreneur, innovator, small business, scientist or researcher interested in collaborating with Federal Research Laboratories, come to the Doolittle Institute for our first-ever Small Business and Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) TH!NK Event. This open-house-style event provides opportunities to learn about collaborating with the government, meet other researchers, and for researchers to network with local small businesses or entrepreneurs. Hypersonic Flight: Progress and Challenges: Join the Doolittle Institute, the Northwest Florida Chapter of the American Institute of Aerospace and Aeronautics (AIAA), and the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) for our distinguished speaker series. For this speaking engagement, we’ll welcome Dr. Mark Lewis as he discusses Hypersonic Flight: Progress and Challenges on the Way to High Mach Systems.
