The Okaloosa County Health Department
offers two locations within the county; 221 Hospital Dr NE, Fort Walton Beach and 810 E James Lee Blvd, Crestview. These two offices provide public services Monday through Friday with morning and evening hours.
The Okaloosa County Board of Commissions provides a public safety department
with services such as 9-1-1, emergency medical services, emergency communications, and emergency management. The county supports fourteen fire departments and provides evacuation routes and shelters. Marine and fire weather reports are also available as well as general weather conditions.
